Heart Attack At Age Of 14.

This boy had history of falling unconscious while playing cricket at  13 yrs age. Which was evaluated fully and was found normal. Angiography was not done that time though.

He presented with sudden onset breathlessness, profuse sweating and collapsed while playing cricket.

He was evaluated and treated with emergency Coronary Angioplasty.

Angioplasty was done in an heart attack state with intra-aortic ballon support.

Angioplasty to left main coronary artery was done successfully.

Now his heart is fully normal.

He was further evaluated fully for cause of blockage at early age, no particular cause was found.

He is now 17 yrs old.
